Private International Law

The Irish application of the body of rules used to resolve legal disputes between private individuals or companies which cross international boundaries. It is also known as Conflicts of Laws. This body of law informs many aspects of Mercantile’s practice areas such as Cross-border Litigation, Cross-border Administration of Estates, Commercial Agreements and Cross-border Business Disputes.
