Mercantile Solicitors personnel have completed numerous Brexit Plans to assist business prepare for Brexit. Each of these plans were fully funded by InterTrade Ireland in the sum of €2,250. There is further 50% support available from InterTrade Ireland to subsidise the implementation phase of the Brexit Plan. In 2019, Fergal McManus of Mercantile Solicitors was appointed by the Irish Exporters Association to deliver part of the Irish government funded customs course. This 5-day course known as “Clear Customs” is intended to teach Irish Business how to deal with the new reality of customs administration in the post Brexit era.
